Low Cost Rabies Clinic
The Newnan-Coweta Humane Society is planning a Rabies Vaccination Clinic on Saturday, March 13th at the Thomas Crossroads and Dixon Road Fire Station locations from 1:00 to 4:00p.m. The clinic is open to anyone with a kitten or puppy older than 12 weeks or any adult cat or dog needing the vaccine. The fee per animal will be $9.00 and pets must be on leash or in a carrier. Brought to you by our partners at Coweta Animal Hospital and Dogwood Veterinary Hospital in cooperation with the Coweta Health Department. This vital public service has been offered for many years and we look forward to seeing many of our old friends out this year again!
Volunteer Orientation Meeting
Our next Volunteer Orientation Meeting will be held Thursday, March 25th at the public library on Hospital Road at 7:00 p.m. Please come join us – we would love to have you as part of our team!
Quail Ridge Farm Horse Show!
The Newnan-Coweta Humane Society has been invited to bring some of our pets available for adoption to the Quail Ridge Farm Horse Show on Saturday, March 27th! There is no admission fee and 100% of the donations will go towards NCHS medical expenses. We are very excited and deeply appreciative to have been chosen to participate in this event. Dining to Donate!
The Newnan-Coweta Humane Society and Applebee’s invite you to Dining to Donate on Wednesday, March 31st from 11:00a.m. until midnight at the Applebee’s in Newnan. Dine anytime within this time frame and 15% of invitation holder’s food and beverage purchases, excluding tax and gratuity, will be donated to help cover medical expenses for pets rescued from Coweta County Animal Control. Simply present your invitation to your server before service. Download your tickets below and share with all your friends, family and coworkers! This is a fun and easy way to help raise funds for our furry friends in need. (Tickets may not be given out in or around the restaurant premises.)
